Fidium (Consolidated) Lufkin/Conroe Bargaining Update #1

The Union and Company opened bargaining on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 in Conroe, Texas. Both teams opened with introductions and comments about the expectations of the bargaining cycle. 

The Company passed a total of 7 initial proposals while the Union passed 5. There was open discussion that included any clarifications that may have been needed. The Union asked for more information on proposals concerning company safety policies and articles. 

The next bargaining session is set for Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
