Fidium (Consolidated) Bargaining Update #8

The Union and Company met on 9/17/25 in The Woodlands, Texas. We were able to secure 2 more tentative agreements. 

Article 8- Hours of Work Generally - we were able to secure language protecting how standard and non-consecutive tours would be scheduled and selected. We were also able to protect the $1.00 per hour differential pay as it applies today in the CBA for the non-consecutive tours. 

Article 15- Rates of Pay - we were able to secure that all Working Leaders and Trainers will earn $2.00 per hour in addition to their regular pay for all hours worked in these positions.  

There has been a lot of discussion and movement this week. We meet with the Company again today, Thursday, September 18, 2025, in The Woodlands, Texas, at 10:00 AM.
