Fidium (Consolidated) Bargaining Update #7

The Union and Company met in The Woodlands, Texas. We were able to secure another
Tentative agreement on Article 14 - Vacations that adds language to allow employees to carry
up to one (1) week of vacation over into the next calendar year.

We have agreed in principle to another tentative agreement on Article - 8 Hours of Work.
Generally, this will help the language that defines what tours affect the number of employees
that can be on the 4 x 10 tours. This also cleans up confusing language that is currently in
the CBA. This article should be tentatively agreed upon tomorrow.

We are getting down to a handful of Articles, along with benefits, wages, and short term
disability.

We appreciate the support of our members and look forward to reaching a solid Tentative
Agreement that you will be able to support.

We will meet again the morning of September 17, 2025 at 10:00 am.
