Fidium (Consolidated) Bargaining Update #4

The Union and Company met on 9/9/25 in The Woodlands, Texas. The Company passed two counter proposals concerning Article 16-Holidays and Article 8- Hours of Work Generally. The Union will look at the counter proposals and take them into consideration before deciding if another counter to
the Company should be made.

The two parties are now considering each other’s proposals and trying to see where movement can be made to get us to a Tentative Agreement. We are still apart on some issues, but making progress where it can be made.

The team will meet with the Company next on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 in The Woodlands, Texas.
