Fidium (Consolidated) Bargaining Update # 3

The Union and Company met on 8/28/25 in Conroe, Texas. The Union passed 2 new proposals to the Company while the Company passed 3 new proposals to the Union. The Union also passed 1 counter proposal in the session today.

There has been solid movement at the table in the first week, but there is always work to be done. So far, there have been improvements made in bereavement leave, apparel allowance, and tuition reimbursements.

The team will next meet with the Company on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 in The Woodlands, Texas.
