Fidium (Consolidated) Bargaining Update #11

The Union and Company reached a Tentative Agreement on Friday, September 19, 2025. The first explanation meeting was held in Lufkin, Texas last night. We appreciate the great turn out from our members in Lufkin.

Tonight, September 24th, we will have our second meeting in Conroe, Texas. This meeting will be at 508 Old Magnolia Rd, Conroe, Texas. We will start at approximately 7:00 PM. We will cover the language changes, wages and benefits at length.

If you will not be able to attend, and need a ballot to vote, please reach out to the local directly to receive the ballot and instructions on voting.
