Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Yesterday, we spent all day reviewing the Company's package proposal and preparing our counter. We met in a joint session with the Company late into the evening. We are still far apart on some items that we believe will vastly improve the members' working conditions and work life balance. We remain committed to fighting for the improvements that our membership deserves and that we feel are owed.

The fight is still on.
