CWA/AT&T SW Bargaining Report #31

Sisters & Brothers,
It is with great pleasure and excitement we announce that CWA Bargaining Team has reached a FULL Tentative Agreement with AT&T Southwest!
We will push out a full detailed summary tomorrow; however, all employees in the bargaining unit will receive a 14.5% pay increase over the next four years with Appendix J employees getting an additional 3% at ratification before GWI kicks in.
Healthcare will be as low as 27% cost share for Option 1 employees and everyone will have the addition of two new tiers (Employee + Spouse, and Employee + Dependents).
We will be hosting an in person meeting next week with your Local’s Officers and full explanation online webinar on April 21st for all employees (more details to come in next few days).
