2015 TSEU Lobby Day - APRIL 8

As most of you are probably already aware, the Texas Legislative Session is in full swing. This means that state lawmakers in Austin are making decisions on a whole range of critical issues that directly impact working and middle-class Texans across our state. Topics would include affordability of university education, unemployment, food stamp benefits, workers? rights, and whether or not to expand Medicaid. These are all vital issues for every CWA member and the communities in which we live. For that reason, union members need to make their voices heard during this legislative session.
