The Union (CWA) and Company (CenturyLink/Lumen) met Friday morning, March 4, 2022.  The Company presented Comp Counter to UP2, Article 6, 6.1 Vacation and Comp Counter to UP10, Article 16, 16.5 Sickness and Disability.  The Union presented Union Counter to CP3, Article 3 Grievance and Article 5, Arbitration, Union Counter to CP5, Article 7 Holidays and Union Counter to CP14, Article 26 Overtime and Sunday.

We met again Friday afternoon.  The Union presented UC to CP10, Article 17 Voluntary Benefits. The Company presented Rev CP20 Exhibit C Job Titles and Comp Counter to UC to CP3, Article 3 Grievances and Article 5 Arbitration.

We reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on Comp Prop 18 Article 38, Recognition and Incentives.

We are scheduled to meet today, March 7, 2022.

Remember, your contract expires March 14, 2022!
