CWA/CenturyLink/Lumen   

The Union (CWA) and Company (CenturyLink/Lumen) met yesterday, March 1, 2022 to discuss all proposals and work through a question and answer session.  The Union rejected the following Company proposals; CP2, Article 2 Recognition, CP4, Article 6 Vacations (Workers Compensation) and CP9, Article 16  Sickness and Disability (Workers Compensation).  The Company rejected the following Union proposals; UP3, Article 6 Vacations, UP7, Article 10 Contracting and UP13, Article 26 Overtime and Sunday. 

No agreements were reached.  The Union bargaining committee is meeting today to review Company proposals and information the Union requested from the Company.
