The parties resumed contract negotiations Monday morning and continued working beyond the midnight expiration of the 2016 Agreement.  This is to advise that, despite the tremendous efforts of your CWA Bargaining Committee, a tentative agreement on a successor contract has not been reached.  As such, we are working without a contract.  All employees should report to work as normal until otherwise notified. 

At this late hour, the parties have recessed and will reconvene discussions in the near future.  Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.  Your Bargaining Committee appreciates the support and patience the membership has shown as we have worked to achieve a fair and equatable contract.
