Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #5

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Texas (Lufkin/Conroe) continued negotiations Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Your Bargaining Committee continued to ask the Company multiple questions to confirm what the intent was regarding their proposals. We reminded the Company that we wanted no regression. We are looking for a substantial wage increase and less contracting of our work that is for bargained for employees.

The Committees recessed for the evening after a long day discussing all the proposals on the table.  Your Bargaining Committee will continue discussions when we go back to the table on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
