Frontier Work AT Home Bargaining Report #14
Your committee worked late into the night to continue to compare commission vs TTL and the company’s proposed wage schedule. We are turning it upside down and inside out to see what is the best route to approach with a counter. This is no easy task, and Shawn Mosely is a true asset in developing and creating spread sheets to decipher a voluminous amount of data. This will take a considerable amount of time to do and develop a sensible counter. We are nearing the goal line by addressing wages.

The company provided additional information on the payout for the Take the Lead (TTL) program. The Union submitted additional information requests on aspects of the program that was unclear. The Union provided counter proposals to several remaining articles. Holding the company to clarifying the intent of the language is crucial at this point. We are here to get you a fair and just 1st contract.

Frontier Work AT Home Bargaining Report #17
The company and the Union met almost continuously until 2 pm today. The company answered other questions on TTL. Both the company and the Union feel we're close to the end of the negotiations. We agreed to resume the week on 04/29/2019. We will meet again with the company starting on Monday, April 29, 2019. We should be able to reach an agreement in that week. Your committee appreciates your patience and it should pay off when we reach an agreement. Look for further updates during that week.
