Frontier Bargaining Report #17

The Union and the company met this morning. Your Committee addressed the company’s opening statement and the inconsistencies in it and their methods of bargaining, as well as rejecting most of their retrogressive proposals.  We continued to express what was critical to the membership and will hold on those proposals. The company did not have anything to pass to the Union but is continuing to fulfill the Union’s RFIs. Your Committee drew a line in the sand today by letting the company know that we will not be treated any differently than any other Bargaining Unit as they have agreed to several contracts while we have been at the table here in Texas. We stated that we have the full support of our membership!
