Frontier Bargaining Report #8

After extensive deliberation this morning over yesterday’s Sub- Committee’s meeting, your Bargaining Committee met in a joint session with the Company to exchange proposals. During today’s meeting, the company handed over TWO proposals to the Union. Your Bargaining Committee crossed the table with THREE proposals of their own addressing subject matter that ranked highly on the Bargaining Surveys that were filled out and returned by the membership.  Afterwards, the Sub-Committees reconvened to discuss additional topics and viewpoints. Your committee will spend the evening going over the proposals passed by the company and developing a continued strategy to bring you the best possible contract.
