The Union and the Company met on Thursday November 4, 2010 and had in depth discussions relating to termination pay, surplusing by Quartile and the Transition Severance Offer.

The Union made our position very clear on these issues in our discussions with the Company.  The Union will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
