Winstream Bargaining Report #6

The full committee met today and the Company passed proposals to modify and/or clarify some of their prior proposals including Agreement, GPS MOA, Work Schedules and Tours, Holidays, Force Adjustment Relocation Expenses, and Common Interest Forum MOA. The Union then passed a revised proposal on GPS MOA. On reclassification a new proposal on the Reclassification MOA was passed to the Company. A discussion took place on the Company proposal to add a $100spousal surcharge to the group medical plan. The Sales Initiatives MOA was also discussed. The committees recessed for the day to review the existing proposals and counterproposals.

We are scheduled to meet Thursday in full committee.
