KRCG-TV Bargaining Report #1

The Union and Company met on November 19, 2010, to open negotiations on a new 4 year contract.  The current contract was set to expire on November 30, 2010.  The Union presented a proposal on upgrades and a clean up item, but mainly focused on Wages.  The Company presented one proposal, which they withdrew later in the day.  They too were interested in Wages. 

We reached a tentative agreement on a new 4 year agreement. 

We will explain the agreement and take a ratification vote on November 30, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at Cameron's in Holts Summit, MO.
