Windstream Bargaining Report #9

The Committees met Wednesday and discussed the Retail Sales Consultant Incentive Compensation Plan MOA. A lengthy discussion was held concerning quotas and quota relief. The Union will be making a proposal on this MOA.

The Union passed a counter proposal on Article 19 – Vacations regarding in-lieu day of vacation scheduling. The Committees adjourned to work on their respective proposals and will meet again Thursday morning.  The website will continue to be updated as new information becomes available.
