Windstream Bargaining Report #8

The Full Committees met today at the Local Office in Krum, Texas. The Company provided a list of 15 proposals stating their position. An agreement was reached on Article One – Recognition and Article 10 – Arbitration Procedure. The Company agreed to a revised Union Proposal on the Common Interest Forum MOA. An agreement was also reached on Union Proposals involving the Contract Labor Reporting MOA Force Adjustment, Bumping Restrictions MOA, the GPS MOA, and the Sales Incentive Program MOA. An agreement was also reached on the Union Proposal on Article 9 – Grievance Procedure.

The Bargaining Committees will reconvene Wednesday morning, February 16 at 9:30 a.m. to continue in an effort to reach an agreement by the expiration.
