Mobility Bargaining Report #11

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met in two negotiating sessions with the Company today.  The Union Committee presented the following revised bargaining proposals:

• Hours of Work – On Call and Scheduling of breaks and lunches
• Article 26 - Waiver of Further Bargaining
• Collapse wage progression tables from seven years to five years
• Increase in Company match in the 401(k) plan
• Upgrade CSR-I in Revenue Management Centers on-line and off-line to Finance Rep I or II
• Collapse Wireless Tech I & II into the Wireless Tech III title
• Collapse MSC/RNOC Tech I & II into the MSC/RNOC Tech III title
• Upgrade CSR I in Data Support and Smart Chat to Customer Support Specialist

The CWA Committee continues to request documentation and research the Company’s proposals. 
The Committees will meet again tomorrow morning.
