Your CWA Bargaining Committee began negotiations with AT&T Mobility this morning. District 6 Vice-President Claude Cummings gave the opening statement for CWA. The opening statement is posted on the District 6, CWA Website.
At the conclusion of the opening statement your CWA Bargaining Committee presented the following bargaining demands to the Company Committee:
- Wages
- Eliminate Subcontracting
- Grievances
- Work Assignments
- Force Adjustment
- Safety
- Union/Company Relationship
- Absence Language
- Illness & Injury Language
- Holidays
- Healthcare Plan
- Establish Team Performance Award
- Establish Stock Appreciation Award
- Call Center Upgrades for CSR I, Clerical Associates, Finance Representative II
- Quota Relief
- Outside Plant Upgrades for Information Systems Technician, Wireless Technician and MSC/RNOC Technician
The Committees will again meet tomorrow, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the CWA Bargaining Committee will continue to present bargaining demands.
