Mobility Bargaining Report #31

Your CWA Bargaining Committee met today with the Company.  The Union Bargaining Committee presented the following proposals:
• A new wage proposal
• Article 7 – Grievance Procedure
• Improvements to the Tuition Aid Policy
• Improvements to the 401(k) plan
The Company presented a revised comprehensive package proposal.  The Union Committee is studying the package, and will be working through the night.  The two Committees will meet again tomorrow.  Continue to tell your Managers that you deserve a fair and just contract.
