CWA/YP Tentative Agreement Highlights

Everything in the original TA remains the same with the exception of the following improvements: 

Increasing the paid Christmas season holidays from three to four in 2014 and 2015. 

A better monthly commission formula for Retention Representatives-Direct Mail.

New limitations on the company’s ability to revise commission sales objectives for Retention Representatives-Direct Mail. 

Direct Mail and CXG Transition Pay Plan reduction dates; at ratification, May 2015 and December 2015.
