YP Holdings Bargaining Report #3

The Union and Company met yesterday, November 9, 2016 and continued discussions about CP1, GTM.  The Union presented the Company with Union Proposals; UP7, Responsible Union-Company Relationship, UP8, Grievances, UP9, Union Representation, UP10, Contract Books, UP11, Attachments.

The Company presented the following proposals; CP12, Article VI, Hours of Work, CP13,Article IX, Holidays, CP14, Article X, Vacations, CP15, Article XII, Absences from Duty, CP16, Article XIV, Job Vacancy, Sec 2, CP17, Article XIV, Job Vacancy, Sec 4, CP18, Article XVII, Travel, and Article XX, Grievances, Sec 8.  NO AGREEMENTS REACHED!

We are scheduled to meet with the Company again today, November 10, 2016.

REMEMBER, WEAR RED EVERY THURSDAY UNTIL WE GET A CONTRACT!
