YP Holdings Bargaining Report #16

The Union and Company met all day and into the night on, December 4, 2013.  The Company presented the Union with a Revised Company Proposal 18, Sales Representatives and RevCP19, Account Representatives, regarding compensation plans.  The Union presented the Company with UCP13 to CP18, Sales Representatives, UCP14 to CP20, Senior Account Representatives, UCP15 to CP19, Account Representatives, UCP16 to CrP23, Cyber/TA Compensation Plans and UCP17 to CP15, Health Benefits Letter.  No Agreements Reached.
The Company withdrew their proposal to delete the following attachments/letters; H, Commission Splitting, U, Force Adjustment, Z, Achievement Bonuses and Incentives, EE, Short Notice Excused Work Day, and FF, Cyber Early Down.
We are scheduled to meet again December 5, 2013.
Please continue to tell your “immediate supervisor” you want a fair contract!
