Grand River Mutual Networks Bargaining Report #4

The Union and Company continued negotiating towards a successor agreement. The Union was able to reach an agreement with the Company on improvements to Bereavement Leave and day-at-a-time Vacation in four hour increments. The Union remains very concerned that a differential given to a small group of members working in the new territory is a step in the wrong direction and will cause division between the members. Our next bargaining session is scheduled for March 21, 2019.
