Verizon Enterprise Delivery LLC Tentative Agreement

Your CWA Bargaining Committee is announcing that we have reached a Tentative Agreement today with Verizon. A Contract Explanation call will be set up in the very near future. You will receive the call in number in the next few days once the date and details are finalized. Below are some of the items from negotiations:

Healthcare – Immediate Coverage (was 90-day waiting period)
*Insurance Monthly Contribution only increased $1 for employee only and $2 for employee plus 1 or more in 2018 for the negotiated plan
Dental – Immediate Coverage
Duration – 4 year agreement
General Wage Increase
2017– 2.25%
2018 – 2.25%
2019 – 2.5%
2020 – 3%
Ratification Bonus - $1000.00 payable within 30 days after ratification
Retained Pension Lump Sum
Pension Death Benefit to Estate
Voluntary Termination Bonus – can be increased from $10,000 to $20,000
Double Time reduced from 20 hours to 16 hours
