Brothers and Sisters, we appreciate the support we have received during the past month. To see everyone out at Hidden Ridge tonight for the candlelight vigil was great. Vice President of District 6, Claude Cummings and Assistant to the Vice President Sylvia Ramos were also in attendance. Union attorney David Van Os also traveled in to be of assistance in hopes of getting a contract by midnight.

As you all have seen on the website, the Company?s main proposals are not in the best interest of the members of this Local. None of us are fortunate enough to have made $25 million in salary and bonuses like our beloved CEO Lowell McAdams, Where paying high premiums every month for health care wouldn?t be an issue.

We are two days away from expiration and the Company doesn?t seem to want to move off any of the major retrogressive proposals they have put on the table. Both committees met this evening to have major dialog on the issues that are still keeping us apart from reaching an agreement.
