AT&T-SW T.A. Lowers Health Care Costs for Employees Hired After 1/1/2015

Are you aware:

  • As part of the tentative agreement, your union bargaining team negotiated lower monthly contributions rates for employees hired after January 1, 2015.
     
  • Individual contributions will be $105 per month in 2018 compared to the current rate of $155.
     
  • Family contributions will be $264 per month in 2018 compared to the current rate of $335.
     
  • This means savings of almost $1400 for an individual and about $3800 for a family over the life of the agreement.

  • This significant improvement is part of the current tentative agreement and will go away if the agreement is not ratified.
