Mobility Bargaining Report #25
Your CWA Bargaining Committee met all through today with the Company. The two Committees tentatively agreed to the following proposals:
• Article 3 – Classification Of Employees
• Article 15 – Non Discrimination
• Article 16 - Safety
• Article 18 – Union Activities
• Article 24 – Excused Days With Pay
• Letter on DMDR Chargebacks
• Letter on Jurisdictional Disputes
• Letter on Employee Orientations
• Letter on Sales Commissions
• Letter on Strategic Alliance Committee
• Memorandum of Agreement on the Four Day Work Week
• Memorandum of Agreement on the Expedited Arbitration Resolution Process
• Memorandum of Agreement Regarding CWA Internal Appeal Process for Arbitration
• Memorandum of Understanding on Personnel Records
The two sides remain far apart on the Short Term Disability Plan, Paid Sick Days, Vacations and Pensions, and there are still a number of other Union Bargaining demands that still must be addressed. Tomorrow at midnight the current Labor Agreement expires. Remember to wear black tomorrow and continue to Mobilize in the workplace.
