Wage Package/Retro-activity The following is a breakdown of how the wage package will be paid: April 17, 2015 Check: •3/13/14 to 12/20/14 – a lump sum has been calculated for this retro period based on 40 hours a week (1.25% increase). •12/21/14 thru 12/31/9999 – 1.25% increase will be loaded into SAP so that all adjustments can be made.   Rates will be loaded with an effective date of 12/21/14 and an end date of 12/31/9999. •In addition, all employees will also be getting a $600 lump sum except for the Customer Care Specialists. May 1, 2015 Check:   •Employees are also entitled to another base rate increase effective 3/15/15 but that increase and retro will not be paid until the 5/1/15 check. Contract Books: •The Bargaining Committee will begin reviewing the new agreement once we receive the final version for accuracy.
