Consolidated Communications of Fort Bend Company (Katy, Texas Operations) Bargaining Report #2

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Fort Bend Company (Katy, Texas Operations) continued negotiations Thursday, March 26, 2020. After a very long day, your Bargaining Committee was able to work out a fair healthcare plan for our members.  In addition, the committee was able to also negotiate a fair wage increase that is significantly better than what the Company wanted to present our members.

On Thursday, March 26, 2020, at 9:00 PM, your CWA Bargaining Committee reached a Tentative Agreement with Consolidated Communications of Fort Bend Company (Katy, Texas Operations). We believe that we were able to come up with a fair wage increase and an affordable healthcare plan for this three (3) year agreement.

The Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends ratification of this tentative agreement.
