CENTRAL TELEPHONE COMPANY OF TEXAS/CENTURY LINK - BARGAINING REPORT # 3

Your CWA Bargaining Committee resumed contract negotiations with the Company on November 30 and December 1, 2016.  After two long days of negotiations, the CWA Bargaining Committee is happy to announce that a Tentative Agreement has been reached on a new 3 year contract.

This Tentative Agreement includes, among other changes, annual wage increases of 2% for 2016, 2017, and 2018.   In-Charge Differential, Night Differential, and Meal Expenses were also increased.

Contract explanation meetings will be held Monday in Kingswood, TX, Tuesday in Decatur, TX and Wednesday in Killeen, TX.  Members should contact their Locals for exact locations and times.

Your CWA Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends this Tentative Agreement for ratification!
