Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #13

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Texas (Lufkin/Conroe) continued negotiations Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Your Bargaining Committee presented and discussed counter proposals with the Company.

Your Union Committee was very specific to the Company that we needed a substantial wage increase and a healthcare plan that would not eat up the wage increase. The Company was told there were too many givebacks on their part and we could not live with that.

The Committees recessed for the evening after a long day discussing all the proposals on the table.  Your Bargaining Committee will continue discussions when we go back to the table on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
