Your CWA Committee met with the Company today.  The Company rejected the following Union Revised Proposals:
No Strike/No Lockout
A Successorship Clause
The Union presented to the Company a data request regarding the Company’s proposal for a change in Article 23 – Holidays.  The Company has also presented to the Union Committee a bargaining proposal for a new Disability Benefit Plan. The CWA Committee will be working late into the night compiling a data request regarding the Company proposal.
