Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative Bargaining Report #2

 

Today the Union and Company Committees met and continued negotiating through the day.   The CWA Committee presented bargaining demands to the Company on the following Contract Articles. Article 6 – Work Schedules, Overtime and On-Call Article 9 – Seniority Article 10 – Vacation Article 11 – Holidays Article 12 – Sick Leave Article 15 – Leaves of Absence Article 17 – Work in Higher Classification Article 19 – Tools and Equipment Article 24 – Classification and Wages The Company Committee passed bargaining demands to the CWA Committee on the following Contract Articles. Article 6 – Work Schedules, Overtime and On-Call Article 10 – Vacations Article 11 – Holidays Article 12 – Sick Leave Article 15 – Group Insurance Article 19 – Tools and Equipment Negotiations will resume on May 28, 2014 between the two Committees.
