AT&T Mobility Bargaining Report #15
Yesterday, Sunday, February 21st, the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company. The Union continued to present bargaining demands to the Company Committee. We presented a revised bargaining demand on Article 17 – Company-Union Relationship and Article 25 – Exchange Time. The Union Committee presented data requests regarding Illness Days, Contracting, and Retail Sales Consultant performance objectives.
The Company rejected the Union’s bargaining demands to improve Article 19 – Basis of Compensation, Successorship, and Limitations on Training Sessions. The Union Committee worked into the evening analyzing data and preparing bargaining demands to present to the Company.
Negotiations will resume on Monday, February 22, 2016. The contract expires on Friday, February 26, 2016.
