Verizon Bargaining Report #30

The Union and the Company met today after their returning from visiting their family. Last

week CWA filed Labor Board charges on the Company. Verizon passed another comprehensive

package today, making it number 6 so far. We have moved closer on several issues that remain

on the table, including pay by the minute. Your Bargaining Committee feels very confident that

we will reach a tentative agreement very soon. Do not be mistaken, we will not settle for anything

less than a Fair and Just Contract for our members.
