Consolidated (Lufkin/Conroe) Bargaining Report #22 - March 8, 2017

After the Company’s last proposal was rejected by the membership through the ratification process, your CWA Bargaining Committee has caucused several times to discuss our next course of action.  On March 7, 2017, the parties reconvened discussions.  During the course of this exchange, the Union advised of areas of the proposal that the members found problematic.  The Company is currently considering the feedback provided by the Union and will respond at a later date.  Additional updates will be forthcoming as they develop.
