CWA District 6/DEXYP Bargaining Report #9

The Union and the Company met in St. Louis, MO on December 13, 2017.  We reviewed outstanding information request and presented the Company with Union Proposals 11 – 16.  The Company presented the Union with Company Proposal 1, Baseline Agreement to replace the current contract, CP2, Contract Duration and CP3, Non-Commission wage increase.  No agreements were reached.  We will continue to have discussions with the Company via conference call the remainder of this week and next week.

As of 5pm December 13, 2017, the contract has expired and you will continue to work without a contract.

NO JOB TITLES OR JOB DESCRIPTIONS HAVE CHANGED OR AGREED TO!!!

WEAR RED EVERY THURSDAY UNTIL WE GET A CONTRACT!!!
