Nominee for Vice President local 6300

I’m Michelle Doty, and I’m asking for your vote for Vice President of CWA Local 6300. ✊ 

I’ve proudly been with AT&T for 25 years and have been a proud member of the union throughout my career.

During my time with AT&T, I’ve had the opportunity to work in several areas of the company — from the Call Center, working as a Maintenance Administrator on the Core side, to my current position as a Retail Sales Consultant in Mobility.

I currently have the privilege of serving as Chief Steward for Mobility, where I work to represent our members and make sure they are treated fairly and equally on the job. I also had the privilege of serving on the 2024 Mobility bargaining team, where I helped negotiate our contract.

I currently serve on the District 6 Safety and Health Committee and the District 6 Commissions Committee for Mobility, giving me additional opportunities to advocate for our members.

Every issue that is important to you is important to me.

Our company and management are constantly changing, and strong union leadership is more important than ever. We need leaders who are willing to listen, stand up, speak out, and fight for our members when things are unfair, unethical, or violate our contract.

I believe leadership means being present, listening to our members, standing up when it matters, and making sure your voice is heard.

I’m ready to take on the role of Vice President and bring my experience, dedication, and commitment to all of our union members. I will continue to fight for you and the rights we have worked so hard to protect.

I’m proud to be a union member, proud to represent you, and I would be honored to serve CWA Local 6300 as your Vice President.
