Our bargaining team worked around the clock for a fair contract. Your vote on the Tentative Agreement is essential in securing a win! Voting started April 21 and ends May 5 at 7pm. Our countdown shows the time remaining to vote. How to vote info is below.

How to VOTE

On April 18, Ballotpoint mailed a letter with a unique password and voting instructions to all CWA members (that are eligible to vote). Electronic voting runs from April 21 at 7pm through May 5, 2025 at 7pm.

Members will also get personal reminders to their personal email addresses and text messages to their cell phone numbers (that we have on file) until they vote. If you do not receive a letter from Ballotpoint, please contact your Local office immediately. It is imperative that they have your current contact information.

If you are NOT an active member and want your voice to be heard through your vote, please complete an electronic membership card ASAP and then reach out to your Local office so that you can be provided with the necessary directions to vote.

CWA/AT&T SW Bargaining Report #2

The CWA/AT&T SW Bargaining Team met face to face with AT&T Labor Relations for day #1 of our negotiations. The session opened up with comments from D6 Vice President, Derrick Osobase and AT&T/Labor Relations Vice President Randy White. The take away from both VP’s was finding common ground, even when we have disagreements and ending with a contract we can all agree upon.
