Local Leadership

President

Mrs. Carolyn

Carolyn E. Williams

I have always believed in treating others as you would like to be treated.

In 1997 I began my career with AT&T. Immediately I gained great respect for the Union and joined in 1997.

I was appointed as a Steward in 2002. In 2005, I was elected as an Executive Board member of the Local. As my career advanced I became more involved with our Local and fought for our rights. I was elected as Vice President of Local 6507, appointed as Acting President and now in 2024 was elected as President of Local 6507. I still believe in treating others as you would like to be treated, and as your President, I will fight for your rights and be a voice when you feel you’re not being heard.

I am honored to serve as the newly appointed Vice President of CWA Local 6507. My dedication to service extends beyond my profession — it is a true calling. I began my career with AT&T in 2002 and have actively contributed to various committees, including election, legislation, and women’s initiatives. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), earned in 2014, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Most recently, I graduated from the Jacksonville Harvel III Legacy Academy on May 16, 2025, where I was recognized among a distinguished group of leaders in our city for my leadership potential and commitment to service.

Throughout my over 18 years of experience as a union steward and chief steward, I have attended numerous executive-level meetings, working closely with director-level leadership. I have earned trust over the years for my wisdom, professionalism, and willingness to collaborate in resolving workplace issues. I am dedicated to advocating for the rights of our members and fostering a more equitable and just workplace. Throughout my career, I have stood alongside my colleagues on picket lines, championing fairness, respect, and dignity.

Together, we can work toward strengthening our workplace and advancing justice for all.

Secretary-Treasurer

Devin Musselwhite-Branch

I started my career with AT&T Mobility in May 2022. On day one, I joined the fight and became a member of Local 6507. In September 2022, I was appointed to the internal organizing team in the call center, and helped recruit members of new hire classes with a 100% success rate of getting new hires to join the Local. Later, I joined the Local's By-Laws committee and helped revise the By-Laws of the Local. In January 2023, I completed Steward School with CWA District 6, and became a steward for Local 6507. After serving as a steward, in October 2023, I was nominated and ran for the position of Secretary-Treasurer for the 2024-2027 terms, winning that election in November 2023. I have been serving as Secretary-Treasurer since January 2024.
