Bargaining Report #4
The Union and Company met yesterday, March 9, 2020. The Union and Company continued to discuss the various proposals. The Company presented CC to UP7, Article 21, Management Responsibility, CC to UP8, Article 26, Overtime and Sunday Time and Revised CP10 Pension Plan. The Union presented UC to CP19, Home Garage.
We are currently working on the Request for Information (RFI) related to VEBA, Pension and Contracting. These retrogressive proposals are still on the table; pension freeze, contracting by exchange, eliminate daily overtime, eliminate time and a half (1.5) pay on scheduled Sunday work, and use five (5) vacation/personal days for workers compensation waiting period.

The contract expires on March 14, 2020.
