Windstream Bargaining Report #3
The full committees met on Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Items discussed included the Company’s proposal to reduce Sick Pay, Short-term Disability Benefits, and all MOAs. Several MOAs were identified for possible renewal. The Union committee rejected several retrogressive Company proposals including Net Credited Service, Vacations, Working Practices, Pensions, Contract Labor, Group Insurance, and Illness Treatment.
