The Communications Workers of America and the St. Louis Public Radio bargaining committee met with representatives from the University of Missouri system on last Wednesday for the group’s fourth meeting. The union passed counter proposals, and the parties reached tentative agreements on some of those proposals. CWA and the STLPR bargaining unit are planning to draft more counter proposals and look forward to discussing them with the university at their next meetings. The parties will resume bargaining sessions at meetings scheduled for Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 29.
