The Union (CWA) and Company (CenturyLink/Lumen) met Friday, March 11 and Saturday March 12, 2022. 

The Company presented CC to UC to CP3c, Article 3 Grievances and Article 5 Arbitration, revCP8a, Article 11 Safety, Security and Health, revCP21 MOA VEBA and CC to UC to CP16b, Article 31 Force Adjustment. The Union presented UC to CP6, Article 8 Leaves of Absence, UC to CP7a, Article 10 Contracting, UP19, Article 19 Wages

The Union and Company Tentatively Agreed to:

UC to CP5a, Article 7 Holidays, UC to CP7a, Article 10 Contracting, CC to UC16a, Article 31 Force Adjustment, and UC to CP20b Classification.

The Company presented their first settlement package today.

NO AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN REACHED!

We are scheduled to meet tomorrow, March 13, 2022.

Remember, your contract expires March 14, 2022!
