BumperActive.com Bargaining Report #9

The Union and BumperActive.com met virtually on Thursday, February 4, 2021, in Austin, Texas. The Union and Company bargaining committees discussed multiple issues on each other’s counter proposals.

We both made great progress and were able to tentatively agree on several proposals. It was agreed by both parties to reconvene Friday, February 5, 2021, in order to try to iron out a few additional concerns on the counters, but we appear to be close to an overall Tentative Agreement.
